Foxy Fillies Headwear are handcrafted in Shell Cove, approximately an hour south of Sydney in NSW, Australia.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by local artist, Ollie Wilks, who has worked as a Graphic and Jewellery Designer as well as a Milliner.
All our pieces are made from the finest materials available including Pure Silk, Swarovski Crystals and Pearls as well as the finest grade of Sinamay and Abaca Grass.
Our Silk Flowers are made from scratch using French flower making techniques and our brooch's and beading are all carefully wired by hand.

In these terms and conditions,
•"We/us/our/ours" means the seller, FOXY FILLIES Headwear
•"You/your/yours" means the buyer/purchaser
•"Goods" means the goods which we shall supply to you in accordance with the Contract
Methods of payment
Credit cards and direct deposit are accepted as payment, all card payments are handled by PayPal and must be made at the time of placing the order.

Security
Your order is processed by PayPal. We do not store any of your financial information in our system.
Currency & prices
All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. International purchases will be charged at the conversion rate applicable at the time of order by either Paypal or their nominated bank. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are correct, occasional errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases we are not required to honour incorrect prices.Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the price for that item(s) will not change.
Duties & taxes
For International purchases, you are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $11 for Express Post delivery within Australia. International purchases will incur a delivery fee of $18 for registered delivery via Australia Post. Tracking codes will be provided once an order has been sent. We cannot be held liable for a product once it has left our premises. Although we are happy to track an item for you, the responsibility of tracking an item lies with the buyer.
Damage in transit
While we do our best to pack the Goods securely, we cannot accept any liability for any damage or deterioration in the Goods which occurs, for any reason, while the Goods are in transit to you.
Cancellation
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel once accepted any order, without penalty. The customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have accepted it (acceptance of the order makes a contract between us).
Returns
All our hats and headpieces are individually handmade to order. For this reason we do not accept returns unless prior arrangement has been made with us.
Please do not send items back without first discussing the return with us. We are under no obligation to provide a refund, but are happy to discuss an exchange. If an exchange is made, the postage for the replacement will be paid by the buyer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Colours & descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all colour representations are portrayed as accurately as possible and that all product descriptions are correct. However, due to differences in monitor and browser settings every computer screen will display colour differently; we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will be an exact match as seen on your screen.
